The successful series of talks “ComIn Talk” of the networker NRW goes into the 32nd round. On May 13, 2019, networker NRW invites you to the topic “Digital competence: training and further education in times of digital change” at ComIn start, Karolingerstraße 92, 45141 Essen.
On this evening, everything revolves around the question of how companies can adapt to digitalization, globalization, acceleration and the knowledge society in a target-oriented manner. Dr. Julia Sangmeister (Institute for Professional and Continuing Education at the University of Duisburg-Essen), Bernhard Lüders (Managing Director of Sutter Telefonbuchverlag), Andrea Demler (Managing Director of the Essen Employment Agency) and Prof. Dr. Tobias Brückmann (Founder of CampusLab GmbH and Professor of Software Engineering at the IUBH) will be present as guests in this round. They will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of digital transformation and show how these can be successfully countered.
